Meet Mekayla
CO-FOUNDER / business operations
Mekayla has an eye for creating experiences people want to be part of. Inspired by travel, thoughtful design, and the belief that wellness should feel elevated, she envisioned PULSEHAUS as more than a Pilates studio, it's a place to move, recharge, and connect.
She's passionate about the details because she knows they're what transform a workout into an experience and a studio into a community.
When she's not building the Haus, you'll probably find her at the beach with her family, iced coffee in hand, chasing the sunshine, or dreaming up what's next.
Meet Jessica
CO-FOUNDER / fitness operations
Jessica has always been drawn to helping people become the strongest, most confident version of themselves. After years in education, she discovered reformer Pilates and found the perfect way to combine her love of movement, encouragement, and connection.
As a Balanced Body certified instructor, she's known for bringing high energy, positive encouragement, and a little extra spark to every class. She believes movement should challenge you, empower you, and leave you feeling better than when you walked in. Her goal is simple: to create an environment where every person feels supported, celebrated, and excited to come back.
When she's not at the Haus, you'll probably find her exploring a new coffee shop, spending time with family and friends, or hanging out with her dog.
THE HAUS METHOD
PULSEHAUS's sculpt-driven reformer Pilates classes are built on classical Pilates principals, layered with an athletic edge for strength that shows and lasts. Every instructor is trained in the HAUS Method, a sculpt-and-strength approach to class sequencing that keeps each session dynamic, intentional, and results-driven.
FIRST PULSE
Your introduction to the HAUS Method. A foundational reformer class that builds control, alignment, and breath before layering on intensity — the starting point for every Hausmate.
THE CLASSES
HAUS SCULPT
Resistance-based and rep-driven, Haus Sculpt uses bands and reformer spring work to build long, lean muscle. Every rep is intentional — this is where strength takes shape.
HAUS BURN
An isometric, pulse-based class that holds you in the work. Haus Burn builds endurance and definition through sustained tension, turning small movements into big results.
HAUS FLOW
A mobility-focused class that restores as it strengthens. Haus Flow slows the pace without losing intention — control, breath, and range of motion take center stage.
